Experience a one-on-one resistance training session that gets your heart pumping and leaving on a high. This 30 minute session is a results-driven training experience personalised to meet your goals, whether it is weight loss, increasing your fitness or just to feel amazing. Donna is here to keep you accountable and to stay motivated.

We have a dedicated child-friendly safe space at our Yandina Creek studio. This is for mums who want to experience the freedom to move their bodies and train alongside their little ones.

Semi-privates also available on request.

Group Training

Immerse yourself in nature, connecting with others with an outdoor training experience. Our group training is uniquely designed to get your heart pumping and improve your fitness and strength in a social setting.

This session is perfect for someone who loves training outdoors, having fun and working hard. Contact Donna if you wish to coordinate your own group to train with.

Bootcamp

Our weekly group bootcamp is uniquely designed to test your endurance, strength, functionality and agility. This outdoor experience of lifting, pulling, dragging and pushing will bring out your inner spartan. Challenging you through all ranges of motion and drills, this session will get your heart racing.

Strength & Conditioning

A results driven, goal oriented training experience for that inner athlete you desire to be. Whether you are training for an event or transforming yourself this is the session for you. 

This 45 minute session is a specific and tailored approach to building your physical performance, through strength, power and endurance.

Each program is personally designed to help you gain the results you desire over a set period of time.
