Donna's vision is to share her knowledge and experience with others who are seeking a balanced approach to health and fitness.

Empowering you to reach your health and fitness goals through targeted training and holistic lifestyle changes is what drives Donna to show up each and every day for clients.

Her love of fitness and training began at a young age with running and in particular, cycling where she travelled all through France cycling in the alps.

Before becoming a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Health Coach, she led a very successful career in finance which allowed her to live and work all over the world. Her corporate colleagues always seemed to be asking her for health and fitness advice and after helping many friends and colleagues she eventually realised assisting others with their health journey is her true passion.

Training through both of her two pregnancies reinforced for Donna how amazing the human body is when it is supported, nurtured, and fuelled in the right way.

Donna has competed in sporting events around the world including a marathon in Prague, a half marathon at The Great Wall of China, as well as other triathlons and Sports Model Physic competitions in Australia. These events showed her what true commitment can bring but also the importance of mental strength when driving towards a goal or desire.

Donna’s own health struggles with her thyroid and a lack of in-depth understanding of nutrition drove her to study health coaching through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. It was here she learned that an a holistic approach to health is what is needed to have ultimate health and vitality.

Donna recognises we are all unique and have different challenges however her strength is in motivating others to embed lifestyle changes and rituals that give you the vitality you desire.
